Plastic Insurance & Health Care Cards

Our Plastic Insurance cards and Health Care cards can be made from a variety of materials and can vary in thickness from 10 Mil up to 30 Mil. In addition, we can manufacture these cards as Laminated or UV Coated depending on functional considerations and cost.

The 30 Mil Laminated Insurance cards and Health Care cards look a lot like credit cards and are very durable. We can litho print these cards up to 6 colors on the front and back – and we can add a magnetic stripe and/or signature panel if needed.

We can also manufacture 20 Mil and 24 Mil Laminated Cards for projects that require thinner cards and/or less costly options.

We can image these laminated cards using thermal imaging, embossing and/or Drop On Demand (high resolution ink jet) imaging.

Our UV Coated Insurance cards and Health Care cards vary in thickness from 10 Mil up to 30 Mil. We can litho print these cards up to 6 colors on the front and back.

We can image these UV Coated cards using thermal imaging or embossing.

Quantities range from 1,000 to 10,000,000.

EARTH CARD ALTERNATIVES:

MCO manufactures several types of plastic cards that use more environmentally friendly materials.

LEVEL 1 Earth Cards: These are laminated plastic cards that have PVC or Paper cores made from a variety of Post Consumer Waste.

LEVEL 3 Earth Cards: These are laminated cards that are made from BioPVC or other more earth friendly materials that are compostable.
