Laser or Digital Insurance & Health Care Cards

MCO manufactures Insurance cards & Health Care cards that can be laser imaged or digitally imaged. These cards are affixed to a form so that the form and card can be imaged simultaneously.

Here are some styles of cards we offer:

15 Mil Super Laser Insurance Card – this is the thickest laser compatible card on the market.

13 Mil Suspended Insurance card – this is the thickest digitally imagable card on the market.

9 Mil Laser-X Clean Release Insurance card

7 Mil Laser Insurance card in a Well

NEW PRODUCT:

Digi-Value Laminated Insurance card – MCO can image this card with the variable data under the laminate which gives the card more durability than most laser or digitally compatible cards.

Quantities range from 1,000 to 10,000,000.

EARTH CARD ALTERNATIVES:

MCO manufactures several types of plastic laser or digitally compatible insurance cards that are more environmentally friendly.

LEVEL 1 Earth Cards: These are 9 Mil Laser-X Clean Release cards where the cards are made from 40% Post Consumer Waste PVC and the paper is made from 100% Post Consumer Waste.

LEVEL 3 Earth Cards: There are 8 Point Tag Clean Release cards where the cards are made from recyclable paper and have a PLA back laminate. The entire insurance card and form are compostable.
