Teslin Insurance & Health Care Digi-Card

These Teslin Insurance DigiCards and other Healthcare DigiCards have excellent durability and are usually the size and thickness of a credit card. The thickness of the card can vary depending on what the Health Card Provider want to give their members.

What makes these Teslin cards unique is the fact that the pre-printing and the variable imaging are both done digitally – and all of the graphics and data are UNDER the laminate. This provides great durability for cardholders because the laminate protects the personal data.

The 3 most common thicknesses for these cards are 13 Mil, 20 Mil and 30 Mil.

In addition, we can manufacture Key Fobs and Cards together in a RAC format if needed which allows the cardholder to have several choices on how to carry these important cards with them.

Quantities range from 1,000 to 10,000,000.

EARTH CARD ALTERNATIVE:

For a more environmentally friendly Teslin card, we would use a paper core instead of a teslin core. The paper core would be made from at least 30% Post Consumer Waste. We would call this a LEVEL 1 Earthkard.
